Todd showed excellent skills in being able to close my transaction for me. He also was always available, day and night, to answer my questions. He always took my calls immediately or returned them immediately. He was immensely helpful in helping me to find a mortgage lender. In fact, if he had not done so, I would not have been able to secure the loan that I ultimately obtained at a very favorable interest rate. He was extremely solicitous of my needs during the various negotiations. At one point, before I settled on the house I eventually purchased, Todd helped me to get out of the negotiations when the potential seller began to act unreasonably.
